Rob is Barnard Financial’s expert affiliate on reducing client liability for unplanned expenses. He is dedicated to helping others identify and fill the gaps left by today’s primary health care plans.
Prior to becoming a licensed fiduciary and insurance agent, he worked as a First-Class Pilot in the U.S. Merchant Marine for 24 years.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Rob and his wife, June, reside in Westbrook. Previously they spent many years in Dexter, Maine, where they successfully founded a number of business including the Wayside Theater, which is still thriving today.
Rob is a member of the Schola Cantorum at the Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul in Lewiston, Maine.

As a former advisor to major organizations such as First Investors, Jeff is also affiliated with a network of elder law attorneys and public accountants. Understanding that services and cultivating relationships were part of his personal calling, Jeff has established a client base of over 750 households in Maine, always striving for the utmost level of success. As a personal producer, he focuses on life insurance and estate planning, health insurance, and Medicare and Medicaid planning.
Jeff and his wife Lynn have three children - Reese, Ryan, and Jordan. The family resides in Falmouth, Maine, but you can often find them skiing at Sugarloaf during the winter, or fishing and camping on Casco Bay during the summer months.
